If you want to import your iOS contacts and grant the corresponding permission (choosing between all or limited selection of contacts), Torte accesses your contacts to import contact names, birthday dates and contact identifiers to link back to your phone’s contacts list. You can also opt in to import contact photos for them to be used as person avatars on Torte.
If you choose to assign photos to people you have added to the app, Torte requests private access to selected items from your photo library. Only the photos you explicitly select are accessible to the app. Torte does not have access to your full photo library and cannot view or read any photos you do not choose to share.
If you send us feedback or a question, we will receive and store a copy of your email address, as well as any other Personal Information you disclose.
We value your privacy and collect only the information necessary to provide Torte’s functionality, deliver notifications, process purchases, and understand how the app is used through privacy-conscious analytics.
The following information is stored locally on your device and is saved to your personal iCloud storage:
